Abstrak :
Revenge tourism is a new trend that has emerged along with the reduction of social restrictions during Covid-19 pandemic. Rural tourism becomes the truth choice based on environment and unique products. Blumbang Village, Klego District, Boyolali Regency is a partner of this activity. There are several tourism potentials in Blumbang such as Wonopotro hills, dam, and customs. The problems are: (1) lack of knowledge and understanding about management of tourist village; (2) lack of tourism village cadres; and (3) lack of marketing and promotion. This activity aims to: (1) increase participation member of karang taruna and PKK in management of tourist villages; (2) form of tourist village cadres; and (3) improve the ability of using social media to promote tourist villages. The methods implemented in this community service were education and training, formation of tourism village cadres, and social media training. The activities carried out were: (1) education and economic empowerment training; (2) formation of tourism village cadres; and (3) social media as promotion means training. The results of the activity were: (1) the increased public knowledge and awareness about management tourism village; (2) formation tourism village cadres; and (3) improving people’s skills in using social media as a means of online promotion.
