Abstract
The economic development of a company in increase caused more transactions. The increasing number of transactions resulted in the need to implement an accounting system. So that it will be seen how the financial performance of a company will also be easy to control operational activities if there are deviations. PT Insani Prima Konsultindo (IPK) is a service company in the field of tax consulting which is located at Jalan Srigunting III No 19, Manahan, Banjarsari, Surakarta, which in terms of company scale is quite developed because it has provided services to many clients, only in terms of financial management. still needs to be improved, especially for the preparation of company operational procedures, and assistance in the preparation of corporate financial reports in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards.
This service is carried out at PT IPK with the aim of revamping the company's financial statements, so that it is easy to control the company's operational activities and by preparing financial reports according to standards it will be easy to assess the financial performance of a company. The method of implementing activities is for the first stage of the survey and the preparation of the Operating Procedure (SOP) then the application of the preparation of financial reports and thereafter is assistance until the parties concerned understand how to prepare it in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards. The output of this service activity is the Adiwidya journal from the results of Senadimas activities and also the presentation of the results to the Senadimas
