Abstrak :The goal of this rearch to uncover the forms of sexual violences happened in Higer Education and examine The Regulation of Education, Culture, Research and Tecnology Minister Number 30 2021 in dealing with sexual on campus whose preparator are outsider. The results showed that forms of sexual violences on campus were verbal, non-phisic, phisic and digital based sexual violences, and The Regulation of Education, Culture, Research and Tecnology didn give outhority for the head of University for check and imposed sanction preparators was outsider.
